Back? Read it again? Good. Welcome back. The truth is that we have a real enemy who wants to destroy your life and your trip. You have to be aware and expecting it. An awareness doesn't mean that you won't have problems but it will change your perspective of the situation. A football team prepares and expects their opponent to attack. A Quarterback is expecting the opposing team's defense to try and attack him. He makes plans and preparations to prevent them from hitting him. He surrounds himself with people to protect him and he adjusts his plans so that he's not hit. We have to do likewise with our walk with God. We have to surround ourself with people to protect and encourage us. We have to plan and prepare for Satan to attack us. Look at the their areas that you are weak in and adjust. If you struggle with an issue, put in a plan to prevent you from falling in that area. I read a great blog post once about roof bolts and how that would have protected King David. Check it out.
